Volunteer Paperwork

Thank you for your willingness to participate in the life of the church in this way! To ensure the safety of our congregation and children, all volunteers are required to complete the following process:

  1. Permission: Filling out the form below gives us permission to run a background check via Protect My Ministry.
  2. Review: Once we receive your info, we will submit a request to Protect My Ministry for processing.
  3. Training: For safety reasons, you will receive an email containing a link to a Child Safety Video.
  4. Completion: Watch the video and complete the short quiz at the end to finalize your clearance.
